Coordination consultation 6-9 months prior to the wedding to map out details of the event

Detailed day of timeline, with constant updating + communication to all parties

Rehearsal Coordination

Day of Coordination for 10 hours, typically 10 am - 8 pm or wherever needed*

Additional assistant at highly detailed times
