Alliey obtained her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2003. She then moved to Green Bay to pursue a career after college where her mother started a bridal store.
Alliey started Sash&Bow event planning in 2009 (now Alliey & Co!) and in 2014, Alliey obtained her Masters of Wedding Planning with the Association of Bridal Consultants. In 2019, Alliey built and opened The LedgeCrest Reserve, her vision come to life.
Alliey is just not a girl doing little things, she is a powerhouse creating an elevated experience for events in the Northeastern Wisconsin area! Alliey has been featured on The Knot, Wisconsin Bride, Style Me Pretty, D Weddings, Wedding Chicks, and her events have been listed in the New York Times.
Alliey’s clients include top local executives and celebrities – who entrust her with the biggest moments of their personal lives. She flies with her clients to execute their dream events in other cities. You may not see all the pictures from her events published, as she keeps many photos from the public for her client’s privacy.

Meet Marley! Marley has been our event director and coordinator for the Alliey+Co team for 5 years.
Her favorite thing about her role is getting to witness all of our sweet couples celebrate their day with family and friends. While we are busy behind the scenes pulling together all of the details and ensuring everything is running seamlessly, we are lucky enough to catch a glimpse of all of the little moments that make a couple's wedding day so special. There is nothing better! Our job is to make sure you can focus on making memories with those you love most - let us take care of everything else

Meet Sheila! She is one of our fabulous day of coordinators.
Wife to Brian, mom of 3 athletes and dog mom of the cutest mini Goldendoodle.
Sheila loves wedding day!! Waking up to text the beautiful Bride a quick “Happy Wedding Day 💍🥰” message and a reminder to the best man and/or groom a reminder to let her know when they are on their way and not the exit the vehicle until the bride is tucked away!
Decked in her favorite black ruffle sleeved dress, with pockets perfect for holding some extra tissues, your lip gloss and the keys to the car to pack your personal items away at the end of the night so you don’t have to worry about that and can fully enjoy your day!
From folding the napkins and placing your escort cards in the exact seats you’ve saved for your guests to sending you down that aisle to handing you your first cocktail as a married couple with a personal plate of h’or deurves (cause the bride and groom shouldn’t wait in line). Sheila loves taking many BTS photos and videos to send the couple at the end of the night so you can relive the moments from another angle!
